NBA All-Star Dwight Howard lists $11.25 million Georgia mansion for sale

Former NBA NBA all-star Dwight Howard has listed his luxurious Suwanee estate on the market in Georgia.

The home was originally valued at $40 million, however, Howard purchased it for $8.8 million in 2016. Now, the property is listed on Zillow for $11.25 million.

The sprawling mansion, boasting 10 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms, sits on 14 acres of private grounds. The property, completed in 2010 after five years of construction, features a unique custom-built snake room created by the team from Animals Planet's "Tanked" show.

Beyond the snake room, there are six full kitchens, a gym, a remote-controlled pantry shelving system, a basketball court, a heated saltwater pool, and more.

Who is Dwight Howard?

Howard, a former NBA star, had a successful basketball career playing for various teams, including the Orlando Magic, Atlanta Hawks and Los Angeles Lakers, with whom he won the NBA Finals in 2020.

He was born in Atlanta and he attended Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy for high school. Instead of college, he entered the 2004 NBA draft.
