
Toyota, GMC, Lexus among over 225,000 vehicles recalled: Check car recalls here
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued multiple recalls last week, including notices for over 100,000 Toyota Tacoma trucks for a potential brake issue.

Toyota recalls Tacoma trucks as mud buildup could damage brakes
Toyota recalled some of its 2024-2025 Tacoma 4-wheel drive trucks as the location of brake components may cause damage if mud and dirt build up when the truck is taken off-road.

"Over time, this may damage and wear through the brake hoses, causing a brake fluid leak," the recall report reads. "This can lead to a reduction of brake performance and increase in brake stopping distance."
Dealers are to replace the brake hoses free of charge and those who have already replaced the brake hoses will be instructed to seek reimbursement through Toyota’s General Reimbursement Plan. Notification letters are expected to be mailed March 24.

GMC Sierra 1500 trucks recalled over front grille part
General Motors is recalling 2022 Sierra 1500 trucks produced after the truck's mid-cycle enhancement.
The trucks are equipped with chrome front grille deflectors that may fracture and may detach from the vehicle, according to the recall report.
Vehicles without chrome grille deflectors are not part of this recall. Sierra 2500 and Sierra 3500 vehicles have a different grille design and are not part of the recall.
A remedy is currently being developed and owner notification letters are to be sent March 24.

Toyotas, Lexus recalled for seat belt issue
Toyota Motor Company also recalled cars under both its flagship brand and luxury line Lexus as second-row center seat belt webbing may be damaged.
Affected cars include:
- 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid
- 2025 Lexus NX250
- 2025 Lexus NX350
- 2025 Lexus NX350 Hybrid
- 2024-2025 Lexus RX350
- 2024-2025 Lexus RX350 Hybrid
- 2024-2025 RX500 Hybrid
The damage was caused by incorrect tooling during a hot-knife cutting process at a specific manufacturing facility, according to the recall report.
Dealers are to replace the seat belt assembly, if necessary, free of charge and notification letters are to be sent March 24.

Husqvarna and GASGAS motorcycles recalled
KTM North America recalled some of its Husqvarna and GASGAS motorcycles for a potentially broken front brake caliper.
Recalled motorcycles include:

- 2024 Husqvarna FE 350s
- 2022 Husqvarna FE 501s
- 2023 Husqvarna FE 501s
- 2024 Husqvarna FE 501s

- 2024 GASGAS ES 500
- 2025 GASGAS ES 500
Dealers are to replace the front brake caliper, if necessary, and owner notification letters are to be sent April 7.

Volvo recalls EX90s for headlight issue
Volvo is recalling some 2025 EX90 vehicles due to a software issue. The software can cause an error in the low power controller that makes the headlight shutters close over the high and low beams while driving.
Vehicles produced from April 22, 2024, though Jan. 31, 2025, are covered under the recall.
The software can be fixed either through an over the air update or at a dealer, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 3.

Hyundai recalls IONIQ 5 'N' vehicles equipped with left-foot braking
Hyundai is recalling certain 2025 Hyundai IONIQ 5 "N" vehicles equipped with left-foot braking over a software issue.
"During certain driving maneuvers with (left-foot braking) engaged, the Integrated Electronic Brake control software may trigger depressurization of the (anti-lock braking) system," the recall report reads.
Drivers are advised not to use the feature until a remedy has been implemented. Dealers are to update the software free of charge and notification letters are expected to be mailed April 7.
